Today was my first official day of summer vacation! YAY! To start the summer break, we had a pool playdate at one of my friends' house. As we all know, Lucas LOVES the pool so we were all in. We got all dressed in our swimwear, sunscreen on, camera charged, bag packed, and floaty loaded. You couldn't have asked for better weather and a warmer pool. It was like bath water. We walked right in. Unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures taken while we were playing in the pool. It was just Lucas and myself at the pool party AND I couldn't leave him in the pool by himself to take pictures. That would have been a bad mom moment. BUT... I did get pictures after of Lucas hanging out with his friends. It was a lot of fun! AND... more fun to be had this summer with friends. Enjoy!
