Lucas is now 17 months old. He is a great little toddler which is so hard to believe. He used to love to be cuddled and held, and now he just wants to play with his basketball and hoop all... day... long...! There is definitely not a dull moment in our house. He keeps us busy from the moment he wakes up until the moment he goes to bed. Words cannot explain how much we love him and how much he brings to our lives.

Playing basketball (of course). It is March Madness!
Walking down the street to see the wind chimes and the basketball hoop.
Playing with his Mr. Potato Head.
Wants to help cook, which is extremely hard to do one handed.
Open the microwave. He even has learned to wait for the beeps, before he opens it.
Watching Elmo and Mickey's Clubhouse.
Skype with family that doesn't live in town.
Playing outside with sidewalk chalk and his water table.
Least favorite things to do...
Walking away from the basketball hoop down the street! We have to carry him halfway back before he will start walking home.
Getting his hands and face washed after eating, but it is necessary.
Favorite Tricks...
Trying to dunk the basketball backward.Giving his dog treats. Sometimes the treats are from his own breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Telling his dog to "Eat!" over and over.
Favorite Foods...
Chocolate puddingquesadillas
Strawberry waffles
Applesauce
String cheese
Least Favorite Foods...
Lemonade... He made the funniest face when he drank it. Only it took about 10 seconds before he made the face.
Strawberry popsicle (because he took too big of a bite and got brain freeze). I am sure he would actually like popsicles.
Lucas also got his 4th haircut.
