One Month

So Lucas is now officially one month old today. Crazy to think a month ago we were heading in to have him. We are very fortunate and can't explain how wonderful he is. Here is a list of things that Lucas has accomplished this month.

1. Can drink from a bottle. And boy how he loves to eat!!!

2. Scheduled himself. Yay!

3. Rolled over. Folks I know you are saying a one-month old cannot roll over, but this little fella can. He has such huge feet and when he plants them, away he goes. He has done it several times now.

4. Can lift up his head.

5. Loves to do tummy time!

6. Has been to Cienega football games and sleeps through all of the noise.

7. Went to his first Cienega basketball experience. He got to watch his wonderful dad coach!

8. Swings in his swing which he loves.

9. Has taken many a walks with his mom and his dog Husker.

10. Met all of his family. Grandma and Grandpa Fildes, Grandma and Grandpa Johnson, Aunt Shawna, Aunt Donna, Aunt Kim, Uncle Wayne and cousins: Rylie, Piper, Noah & Abby.

11. Likes to suck his thumb, when he can find it. If he can't, he will suck on his pacifier.

12. Has gained a lot of weight... and keeps growing.

13. Recognizes his mom and dad's voices and looks for us.

14. Burps like a sailor. Hopefully he won't learn to cuss like one.

15. Gives the best cuddles.

I am sure there is much more that he has done. He is an awesome baby. We can't wait for those of you who haven't had the chance to meet him, will meet him soon. Here are some pictures for you to enjoy. Some of them are repeats, but always fun to look at.
