So I have been a slacker and haven't been keeping you all updated on things. We have been very busy with family and great events of the summer! I will give you a quick update on how the baby is doing. The baby is doing great. Not much change in size of the "Little One." Just a little bit bigger than the last time, but the baby is a mover and a shaker. We feel the baby move a lot at night. It loves to kick and roll right when I am trying to sleep. Matt loves to feel the movements, but he isn't very patient about waiting to feel the kicks and rolls. He loves to say the baby is giving him a high 5.
Now for the fun family time. On July 2nd we headed to Colorado for the 4th of July. We first headed to Longmont to see my family. It was nice to be home. During that time we got to see my sister Shawna's new condo that is being built. It should be done in September. It is gorgeous. Also, we had my mom's famous fried chicken followed by smore's for dessert and a little firework show in the driveway. They baby loves fried chicken, smore's and fireworks.

Then on the 4th we all headed to Vail, Colorado to meet up with Matt's family. There we celebrated the 4th as a huge family. All 14 of us. It was a great time and a 4th to remember. We went to Beaver Creek for the fireworks, which were incredible! Some of the best fireworks I have seen. It was nice for all of us to be together for my favorite holiday.

Then on the 6th my family headed for the Grand Canyon on our way back to Arizona. It was a fun trip. My nieces enjoyed the trip. It was a little windy and hot that day, but definitely full of memories that will last forever! Of course, it was the "Little One's" first trip to the Grand Canyon. I am sure the baby will get to take another trip with his Grandma and Grandpa Fildes to the Grand Canyon. One that it will remember!
