So yesterday was the baby shower! It was a beautiful event thrown by my friend Lori. She did such an amazing job and it turned out perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate the "Little One." What made it even better was that my family was here to join in the celebration. It meant so much to me to have all of my family here. Thank you to all of my friends who attended as well. Thanks to all of the love and support, we are pretty much set for stuff. There are just a few things that we need to purchase. It took most of the day to get it all put away, sorted and organized. Now we just have to wait a few months for the "Little One" to join us and enjoy all of the wonderful things we received. Also, all of the books we got were so wonderful. There are some very touching books for us to read to the baby. There are also a few books for Matt to read when he is up late at night contemplating basketball plays.
